It’s hard to believe that it’s 2008 already!
But the new year is here and with it extra pounds to shed from all those holiday cookies. But the new year also brings the promises and hopes of the future. The resolutions, a chance to change past mistakes, an opportunity to set new goals and follow dreams.
So far, 2008 looks to be an exciting year for me writing wise. I’m continuing my Nighthawk Island series for Harelquin Intrigue, have started a new series for Intrigue evolving around an agency that tracks down missing persons (dates and titles to be announced), and I’m also writing for a new publisher, Grand Central Publishing.
My schedule isn’t completely set, but so far, I have dates for three Intrigues and a publishing date for the first book in my paranormal romantic suspense trilogy!
I’ve also received two RT nominations – my December Intrigue, UP IN FLAMES, is up for Best Intrigue of 2007, and I’ve been nominated for a career achievement award in Series Romantic Suspense.

I also have another book in the Silver Star of Texas mini series. My story, book three of the series, BENEATH THE BADGE, comes out in August and follows Mallory Kane’s THE HEART OF BRODY MCQUADE (June) and Delores Fossen’s QUESTIONING THE HEIRESS (July.)
Now, about that paranormal romantic suspense trilogy from Grand Central Publishing: It’s dark, sexy, creepy, and focuses on three hot, intense anti-heroes struggling with their own inner demons as they join forces to fight paranormal crimes.
Book one of the trilogy is set for September 2008! We’re talking titles now, and hopefully soon I’ll know something about the cover!
